SmartCondo is a São Paulo startup reimagining how residential condominiums are managed, combining operational technology with service quality that the market had stopped expecting from property administration.
The CEO came to me directly. No agency, no brief template. The ask was precise: modern, trustworthy, and secure, without looking like every other PropTech company that defaults to the same clean-sans-serif playbook.

The Design Problem
The brand needed to carry two ideas simultaneously, and they're not naturally complementary. Flexibility (the limitless possibility of a technology-first platform) and security (the trust residents need to feel about their home and community).
A logo that tried to illustrate technology would feel cold. One that leaned into "home" would feel like a real estate agent. The answer had to be a fusion.

The Mark
After dozens of sketches and refinements, the final logo emerged as a continuous form merging three elements: a house, the infinity symbol, and the brand initials (C + D). The fusion reads instantly as a home while suggesting unlimited potential. The organic curves prevent it from feeling rigid or institutional.
The mark needed to work at every scale, from building signage to app icon, without losing legibility or weight. That constraint shaped every refinement decision.

Process
The client was in the loop throughout, not as someone who needed to approve every sketch, but as a partner whose context improved the decisions. That kind of working relationship is rare and, when it works, produces better design.

Outcome
SmartCondo launched with a brand that matched the ambition of the product. The client returned multiple times for additional design work, which is the most honest signal that the brief was understood and the execution delivered.
